They can be widely applied in fields such as steel, power generation, non-ferrous metals, oils and fats, chemicals, petrochemicals, shipping, HVAC and refrigeration, pharmaceuticals, dairy, beer, beverages, and centralized heating. The plates of the Chiyue plate heat exchanger are uniquely de-signed. By combining ultra-fine grid numerical simulation technology with precise experimental measurement meth-ods, heat exchange plates with superior flow and heat transfer performance have been designed. The unique plate pattern design of the plate enables the fluid to generate turbulence at a lower flow rate, significantly enhancing the heat transfer coefficient.
The plate heat exchanger is composed of high-efficiency heat transfer corrugated plates and a frame. The plates are clamped between the fixed compression plates and the movable compression plates by bolts, forming many flow channels inside the heat exchanger. Rubber seals are used between the plates. There are connecting pipes for this equipment to the outside on the compression plate. The plates are made by pressing high-quality corrosion-resistant metal thin plates, with corner holes punched at the four corners for the entry and exit of the medium, and hanging holes at the top and bottom. Herringbone corrugations can increase the disturbance to the fluid, enabling it to reach a turbulent state at low speeds and achieve high heat transfer efficiency. And it adopts a special structure to ensure that the two fluid media will not leak together.
